Re-Design of the former Sacher Stüberl now Sacher Salon with elements of 1920s and 50s on 66m2 with seating for 40 guests

A facelift for the former Sacher Stüberl in the venerable Hotel Sacher in Vienna: BWM Architekten planned the now-called Sacher Salon as a modern bar with elements dating back to the 1920s and 50s. A rediscovered 5m-high original stucco ceiling lends the room its special atmosphere. The bold coral red of the furnishings adds a burst of freshness, black and white are used as contrast e.g. in the flooring.
