Torre D is located in one of Guadalajara’s main avenues. It is a consolidated district undergoing economic, commercial, and cultural renewal. This building is part of a new four-building mixed-use complex that will merge with the context through contemporary design. Its location and relation to surrounding avenues stress the visual importance of the project.

Torre D consists of a residential building with 61 apartments distributed in 16 floors, and leisure amenities such as a gym, a multipurpose room and terraces located on the ground floor. The swimming pool is located in a rooftop terrace, allowing excellent views of the city.

There are seven different apartment types, each one with different distribution options that respond to general market demands and special user requirements; they vary from 95 to 228 square meters.

Torre D is a project that joins the attractive proposition of avant-garde architecture, which will be on the forefront of future developments en Mexico.
