We build Beta Realities. Founded in 2023, with studios in Berlin and New York, we stand for innovative,
circular and transformative architecture and design. With our interdisciplinary approach, we plan novel and
adaptive spatial concepts combining architecture, interior, product design and research. We are looking for experienced architects who, depending on their professional experience, can take on the overall or partial project management of challenging national and international projects.
Phases: LPH 1-5 or Pre-Concept – Construction Documentation.

a proven ability to make design decisions, working both independently and in a team. You successfully
combine your extraordinary talent for design and sustainable construction to work with our motivated
team.

Requirements:
• Proven knowledge of managing complex projects – 5+ years of proven professional experience
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent CAD knowledge in Rhino and ideally in Revit
• Strong communication skills
• A creative attitude that you enjoy bringing to all projects
• Organizational skills, hands-on mentality and an independent way of working
• Team player who is open and motivated to take on responsible tasks
